Newzealand cricket board have announced 15 member squad for the upcoming Twenty/20 worldcup starting from September this year in Srilanka. Although Spinner Daniel Vettori will not play in the test and oneday international away series agianst India, but is included in the final squad for the Twenty/20 world cup.
Beside Daniel Vettori , pacer Adam Milne is back in the squad. Where as two pacers are left out of the final squad. They are Andy Mackay and Nail Wagner.
This same squad will play two twenty/20 matches series against India during September 10 and 11.
New Zealand squad:
Martin Guptill, Rob Nicol, Brendon McCullum, Ross Taylor (capt), Kane Williamson, BJ Watling, James Franklin, Jacob Oram, Nathan McCullum, Daniel Vettori, Kyle Mills, Doug Bracewell, Tim Southee, Ronnie Hira, Adam Milne.
